Excellent worn pieces Doug.
That happens to me sometimes, but in this case Oki's coin does not have an incuse design.
Twas a valiant move VK. :D Great piece. Very nice Mikey, is that your pic of the coin?
Big and juicy, thanks JA.
Excellent detail on that one Oki, release it from it's grave!
Wow, fantastic gold coins guys. AN, that Muhammad II piece is my fav. ;)
Incuse styled coins are growing on me. :) Very small and cool piece Z.
Very little ancients with world and US coins.
Nice pickups Doug. ;)
Steve and his Jedi mind tricks...
I'll post one, I had the pleasure of holding this piece: Ptolemy III [ATTACH]
How long do you think I have to wait? :D lol
@Travlntiques Is the MS65/65 the grade for both the obverse and reverse? I know they graded both sides separately back then.
You always get the best o' the best Zohar. ;) Such amazing pieces.
Yeah... well I like coins that have no legend on the obverse and/or reverse. So it's just what grabs me. ;)
Thanks for the definitions Jwt. :) That's interesting, I'll do some research myself and you could pm me with what you get.
Coins without legend seem to entice my interest the most. Excellent pieces you two. ;)
I got two from a club auction a while back, nice bills. ;) [ATTACH]
That's a nice piece Mikey, you gonna' crack it out?
Eesh, every time I see Florian my brain translates Florida! :banghead: Nice piece ya' got Bing.
