    I think there are some mirrors on that coin, based on the pictures. Light contact marks on the obverse devices, I'm thinking 64, but might be 65.

    I like the color of the toning, but not the splotchiness. IMO, very tough to grade toned coins from pictures. My guess is 63/64.
