    This Franklin is in a PCGS rattler holder. I was told those came before the time the FBL designation began being used. I am wondering if anyone...

    I'd hang on to them and keep them in tact just for the heck of it. It's only $8 and I think that'd be something cool to show the kids/grandkids...
