    Too me the coin is nice but not PL or DMPL. But it is tough to tell in pictures.

    1913P Buffalo Nickel...matte finish?

    I agree - except I will add it does look it had an acid dip. Looks so pitted in the pictures. Could just be the pictures themselves.
