Compared with similar TPS-graded coins on ebay, to my slightly-experienced eye it looks like I've got a PF66 or PF67 Proof Cameo.

Maybe I wasn't clear: The video shows how to create a thin layer of zinc on a copper penny. Then by heating, the zinc layer combines with copper....
