To be worth the grading fees it would have to be at least MS-67RD. And in my opinion it's only MS-64RB.

I'll have to sit back and watch now. Of the few coins I own that are older than 1849, none are U.S.
In my opinion there are too many hits to be Gem. MS-64 not FS.
