The OLD PCGS coins were severly/strictly graded... (green lable) when they 1st changed to the blue they started relaxing and doing what i call...

yeah but it wasn't easy let me tell you.. the big issue being it's a 1786, not a 1787 it's a maris 24-p a "common" pairing on a not so common coin...
