They may list as a "tough" date but I see at least 3-4 of them a day on ebay or vcoins... now try for an 1816, an actual key date and your might...
1818 actualy fairly common date... the obv dings detail it no question otherwise... xf-au this is the one I got for the $20 lc set... You can do...
and I did get rid of 99% of the scratches on the back :D
