Take a image of the mint-mark, lets see what it looks like ..
Its just worn down from wear ..
You should also check that mint-mark looks doubled on the top right side, better images would help . Check vams 24-26, that the double " O " area...
so far tilted left " O " and near date vam #4 .

I just went through about 20 of them, my all have the same thing going on . Maybe its part of the design, not sure ..
I just figured I throw it out there, if the clad layers were missing, no clad would be showing, easy to see clad is still showing on both sides ...

Pretty easy to see the lamination error there Coop, you can see the tin & zinc coming through on the planchet . I don't see any other strike...
The garbage that made the strike through looks like track ..
