Could be cleaned, thats for sure, but would of been recently, anytime you remove, let say something thats been there a long time, there is no way...

I think its a lighting issue myself, its over exposed ... Who ever took the images needed some overhead lighting, to stop the overexposure ...

If this coin was clean, wouldn't the areas around the devices be discolored .
I think it was clean to death too, the give away is the discoloring around the devices ... It also went though a photo program too, the black...
