The milky white is the beginning stages of toning. I wouldn't call it a bad thing, but you can't get rid of it with acetone or xylene.
Maybe it was the show, I am not sure. Most of the coins I saw were toned, It also seemed that they were better priced than what I was used to...

Worn dies, these early 60 Jeffersons were also known for weak strikes/ FS coins are rare.
Too bad it has all that corrosion. Depending on the die pair theses have a hefty premium, over spot.
