I picked this bust half up today from my local coin shop. It was graded (by the owner) VF-20. I believe there's too much wear to justify this...
Of course bust dollars did circulate... aren't bullion coins, commemoratives and proof coins minted only for collectors or investors and not meant...

Depends on the integrity and honesty of the seller... some will offer a partial refund, others will want the coin returned, and some will ignore...
And I think the $666 bidder (with 13K+ feedback, most of us who've been around eBay awhile know who he is) knows exactly what he is doing......
