Pcgs should of took close-ups of the mint-mark ...
I find it amazing neither wexler, or coneca has it listed . See if you can get a better image of the mint-mark . The close-up is to close to see ...

This one looks to be about 210 degrees, I also have one on Liberty and its running about 180 degrees ....

I think it was made for jewelry, if you look at the back ( Reverse ) it show signs of being a broach . where the leg feathers were, is where one...
Even look at the beads on her bun on the back of her hair .. Bad fake ...
