I really think this coin is, or was 16A . Vam world images ( 16A ) from vam world are missing 2 images, but they can be found in 19A . Thats why...
What I do is, put them in my pictures, crop them and then I blow them up . Then I can see everything I need to, sometime I even use graph lines...

The first 1884-O is vam 23, I put a couple of arrows to where the doubling is on the 1 & 4...

The last 1904-O is vam 37, I put a circle around the die grove in the upper left wing .....

The 1901-O is vam 25, I put some circles you need to check . I can see that the right upper wing has the scribbles, but not sure on the left foot...
The 1900-O is vam 33, even the reverse has the scribble in the right upper wing...
