I'm an old guy, so I don't know much about modern grading. What I do know, this coin is a beauty... and I would pay a premium.

I agree... keep as a roll. A quick search of eBay shows BU '34-D's selling in the $20 to $50 price range, with a few gems going somewhat higher....
