This isn't too bad a coin. A few planchet marks on his shoulder and some die scratches on the reverse. The scratches are less obvious in hand....
My first take on the 61 is that it is proof, but you camera is shaking just enough for me not to know for sure. I may be able to guess MS coins,...
In this case, yes. However, there is lots of luster where the coin is missing detail. You cannot wear the coin away and retain luster where it...
Very correct, but the question is how do you combine them to grade the coin as a whole?
Coins are grade uncirculated because of the wear (lack thereof), not because detail are or are not present. Just as a for-instance, see...
Very nice! I don't see any wear. MS-63 would be my guess. Do you know whose finger print that is on the reverse?
OMG! This is going to be little more than a guess. $175
I am going to close this and http://www.cointalk.com/t144634/ tonight. Christmas break time. I won't post the next one until the 29th/30th...

Even if we are right, you are going to spent $20+ in shipping to get a coin worth $20 more than the 65 you have now. i.e., you are going to lose...
Those pix still leave a bit to be desired, but I cannot find a nick on it. Eye appeal is not top of the scale, but the rest is. Quarters are not...
Yes, that looks to be an MS grade, and likely a fairly high grade, but that is mostly a guess with those pictures.
Nice one. Either NGC or PCGS will give that at lest a 66 and my guess is NGC would give it a 67. PCGS about 50/50 between 66 and 67
I picked this up recently. It is ANACS graded, but I am not interested in try to guess what ANACS said, but rather what you think it would grade....
The end coins on rolls are commonly toned.
I also agree with the 66, but it is closer to a 67 than a 65.
I assume you mean a RETAIL transaction. Aside from that, I am having trouble finding the FMV. The prices I am seeing are all over the place....
I am not too sure that has been whizzed. It looks to me like a lousy photo (color balance at least) on a light wood grained coin. It has a lot...
You may be surprised at how much a 63 runs, but the real key in that line is "if you can find them". And BTW, do not include any red on that coin.
