A "Details" grade usualy means the coin has been damaged in some way.. rim dings, enviromental damage, scratches/graffiti, holed and many others...

I have to say 65-65+ contact marks on the cheek and under chin just a bit too much for gem...
I don't think that contact mark is as pronounced as the ngc (darker) pictures show, but yes I agree I think that is what limited the grade :D
