I don't think that middle gouge looks like an adjustment mark the rest do I guess ngc agreed. Still cleaned to bad as it's an exception well...

A lot of the adjustment marks are only on the higher parts of the design the pressure elsewhere moved the metal enough to flatten them out my 1795...
First year was Philadelphia San francisco and Carson city. 73-cc had second lowest business strike for the series behind 78-cc most were shipped...
