I don't know Sabra - but look at Heritage. If you can find a trustworthy local dealer that is good. That is a worthwhile thing in its own right.

careful with the Morgans unless they are slabbed. Try for some good AU50+ examples at first if going for raw coins. LOOK for hairlines and signs...
