There's a lot of vams for this year, how are the stars on the obverse, any doubling ?

I went looking on the internet for a good 74-D on silver . Numbers matched perfect too ....
I live in Michigan, not Illinois . not sure how close that coin show is to Chicago .
The 76 isn't in the data-base either . I would call PCGS and find out from them if their real . Both look fake to me .....
