Weight would be the first and easiest first test. If the weight indicates that there is a good chance it is 90% then a specific gravity test...
Did they say it was not cleaned, or that it wasn't clean? Means two different things. If they said it's not clean that means it wouldn't grade...

Good pictures Paddy, but you also have to remember there is more than one DDO for the 1995 cent. The OP coin obviously isn't the big one.
