Coins? I would never recommend rubbing a coin. Period. As for the slabs, yes they scratch easily if you use something that will scratch them....

That coin is 38.1 mm. On my screen (larger than average) the picture is only about 30mm. And you really want to tell if that is real or counterfeit?
