I also agree it's a VF20 (Very Fine). In that grade it retails for about $70. So if you were to sell it you may get $50 - $60 for it.
It looks to be either a F12 to F15 (Fine condition). It retails for about $26 in F12. If you were to sell it you may only get $18 - $20 for it....

In the world coin price guide there is no listing of 1984A or B just 1984 BU & Proof. 22,036,000 were minted in BU & 14,000 in proof.
