good question... as most of my colonial coppers are raw in airtites it will likely join them, but it is a tempting coin to have graded lol
I got it for opening bid (had placed a bid of 57 and was ready to go to at least 75... She's one of the nicest raw examples i've seen for sale......

for the coppers just demineralized water for a day or 2... softens up any crusties after that I'll soak em in some verdicare for a couple hours...
conn and LC soaking now... That one's headed to NGC for conservation...

simply said it's arrived and credit to the seller and ngc for both photographing at a lighting angle in such a way to show every "defect" possible...
not too worried about the coppers... I've done so so many now, but you can bet I'll be exceptionaly careful with the pewter as it will be the 1st...
it's the same size as the coppers so would be one hell of a big button... also appears to have lettering on both sides so thinking coin or medal...
