Actually, greyscaling the image isn't a bad idea sometimes. The color can be dishonest. Ruben
From my experience I have to say that it is very tough to get the right color from a coin in a photograph. Much of the color comes from the play...
I bet you gave up meat in India as well. And since their food production is so much cleaner than the US, I doubt you have to worry about insects...
