Small Date ( 1982-D ) ... I think your other one ( 1982 large date ) could be a DDO .. What's the large date weigh ?

If you read the comment for the WWHO for this year it states: Comments: Most of the 1937 Lincoln cent obverse doubled dies illustrated by CONECA...
There's a very good chance OP coin was struck from one of the dies that came from that hub ( WWHO ) ...
