If I were Pcgs I would let the Variety experts handle the coin first, get their seal of approval and not be responsible for these kinds of issues...

OP yours is a dryer coin ...
Dryer coins and washer coins kind of look the same . A dryer coin has a thin rim and a washer coin has a thick rim . This one has a thick rim...
