Seems low to me. The presence of the rivets alone leads me to the higher grade.
We (we trust) looks doubled, but I'm thinking it's the lighting which is throwing me off.
Spider bite to the fore head, but I'm maybe thinking 'accented hair'...The 'I' truncation in liberty looks promising for such a designation.
