I think their natural but I think the way the tpgs are with color it's very unlikely they'll straight grade
My belief is the coin was cleaned at one time and has Retoned. And has some sort of environmental damage as well. I'd call it xf details

Pcgs sucks a lot of the time. My last order was ok tho they graded a couple short I'm still trying to get a straight one on my 1880 trade dollar...
