That could also be a problem Picture an Ebay scammer taking a 1999-s silver proof set and filling it with 1999 clad coins and scamming people, or...

If you don't have a scale go to the local jeweler there scales are usally really acurrate.
whelp it sound's like it's possible my best guess is to send it to a TPG....after you are almost sure it is one.....wait Wiegh it, if its silver...
I don't know if its the same thing I recieved 2 silver dimes on Christmas from a family friend in a hard flip each has a little bit of blackish...
