I have seen a few pcgs coins graded 70 that looked like someone sneezed on it before putting it in the slab.and toning can happen after slabing...

My guess is pf 64 cam obverse might grade 66 with scraches in right field/reverse if that's a milk spot on top brings it down
I'm guessing 45 the reverse looks better
ms62- 63 tops I think the reverse brings it down even more
my guess for what's worth au50 the reverse shows reflective fields the obverse only shows it in protective areas,may be improperly cleaned?
