A rim bump agreed. I think without that the coin is clearly a 65 from the pics. So I think they saw it and graded it accordingly

My opinion original pieces by Carr ie non overstrike fantasy pieces are fine. I’m still of the opinion that the 64 peace dollars 1816 halves etc...
I can’t see it in those pics. I just see a nice original slq ngc is usually super tough on scratches while pcgs will often straight grade a old...

My pic does it no justice. The original residual mint luster is toned beautiful blue. Another reason I had it at 40
