This RPM is not on VV, I was originally thinking RPM-014 but the S is too low, and the abraded die is not present. I haven't checked Wexler yet....
I see it a nice coin in an old soapbox slab. But would not expect it to upgrade. The toning is a bit dark and don't think that it could be dipped...
