That's a remarkable find. It appears to have uncirc details and if it grades as such (a big if) it would certainly be a 6 figure coin, at least....
Coins of that caliber (grade/surfaces) in the CC TD series show up infrequently and tend to go for strong bids. Price guides don't mean a whole...
