Only TRENDS at 700 at MS66....ain't worth 10 grand, especially since its fake, or WAY over cleaned
I don't think its a doubling....looks like simple exposure to something that has changed color around mintmark and lettering. IMO
I'd have to say my Morgan dollar from the Binion Hoard, just cuz I live in the west and it was pretty big news. The STORY behind it intrigues me....

ITS NOT A CUT ERROR.....its a fold error....the paper folded during emossment on the paper...and I should say that it "trends" at 2500!....and...
VG10 to me....or a split grade, VG8/F12?? But most likely VG10.

I use "The Standard Guide to US Paper Money" 24th ed, by Kruse/Lemke. It has the same values, $50 and $35 respectully.
Bills are only printed at the BEP.....Each Federal Reserve Bank orders money FROM the BEP when necessary. Its complicated economics (to me), but...
