I am not seeing anything just a circulated old cent. PS Die markers are you key to attributing. Mint Mark position should be your first go to....
I think it all depends on the luster, and that means that it could already be over graded.
Grade is MS65 It's got some purple, blue and gold pastels, with plenty of luster.
I would imagine that they are being found in old collections, plenty do just trade hands everyday on a regular basis.

The other marker already photo'd is the MM placement. These two coins aren't from the same die pair. The D's are in different positions.
