That is VF either 25 or 30, but it might just be your pictures, but I suspect it was cleaned.

This strike is pretty good even though some of the details are not the strongest (overused dies). Marks are virtually nonexistent and the luster...
Nice luster particularly for a RB coin. It is nearly nick free. The O in ONE may be a bit on the weak side, but over all a pretty good strike....
