There is little or no wear on it. AU or better, but likely cleaned. Without full photographs without the glare, that is as close as I can get.

Yes, NGC does guarantee copper, but it is time limited.
It is a 65/66 with spots. i.e. 64. I would guess red, but RB would not surprise me at all.
