When I first saw one of these, my first thought was this is a pattern strike for the 2017 ASE replacement. 30 years have passed for the current...
I think 64, but maybe the cheek streak made it weak!
A comment in Cherrypicker,s Guide suggests that these 56 thru 64-d type b coins are suspected to exist and to keep a lookout for these!

If you bought it, then it,s worth more for you...in my humble opinion, signatures, first strikes, early release, pictures, etc. just clutter up...
