ok you might say, it's a clip or "cut" but this has a ragged edge and for SURE broken..never seen nothing like it in my 25 years of...
I have four of these and the "off center". This one is by far my favorite but wasn't sure it was actually considered "off center"

I have a quarter that appears to be solid nickel. the weight is very close to quarter weight@5.6 grams there is no copper to be seen in the core....
