Large ornate coin, later in the 1800's Genova 5 Lire silver crowns (Scudi) were only 25 grams. That coin is heavier than 3 of the later crowns.
There is a collector's market for vintage sterling silver silverware. I've seen some pieces go for decent money on Ebay. Much higher than melt.
