So who do you call about things like this, the vice squad?
I voted 64FS. With the mark on the cheek and the numerous smaller marks on the rev, I don't see how it could be a 65, let alone 66. I did not...
+1
The toning makes it hard to judge either luster or marks. Anyhow, I threw caution out the door and guessed 66 FB. Nice coin!

When I was looking for one of these about 10 years ago, I was stung by the high prices of nice MS examples. So I "settled"for a 58. [ATTACH]...
Beautiful example, Skyman! These aren't often seen with nice color. Thanks for the thread and history, LeeG
I'll guess 66. The dark mark under the eye bothered me at first but I think it is just superficial discoloration and not an actual contact mark.

I think 65. nice strike.
I'm thinking xf 45. beautiful coin.
Perfect dirty old silver look. I guessed 30.
very pretty coin! my guess pre-reveal was 55; but I can see it as a 58.
my first impression was 62
probably the lowest graded coin in the thread... F12, but I am very attached to this dollar. [IMG][IMG]
I was thinking VF30; but off the charts eye appeal!
I don't see any significant doubling. There may be a trace of machine or shelf doubling in the areas you mention. Nice photo, though!
I'd say F12 on the first and VF 25 on the second. nice!
