If under magnification it shows any hairlines in the fields, then it may grade cameo, but with a lower grade of 65 or so. Maybe not worth grading...
I,m guessing the doubling, and field imperfections are caused by a deteriorated obv. die, which causes poor metal flow around the devices. Coupled...
Nice cam, but not deep cam...frost needs to be thick and bold, no sign of break in frost. These are rare coins in d Cam. Compare with examples...
