Attractive, but not enough for a star.
It was graded 64*. The cheek abrasions are pretty severe, but the rest of the coin is pretty clean - and the luster is amazing.
The JFK has a star, and I like it with the star. I don't think the Franklin earns a star, but it is really close. If the purple on the obverse...

I agree that this is a very attractive coin, but that speckled, mottled toning is not something that attracts a star. No star for the toning....
