Pretty coin with very clean surfaces. Even without the gorgeous toning it would be an expensive coin.
I'm a sucker for blue toners (for blondes too). I'll give it a 5.
I agree with ddddd. I could see this a 65 but the marks on the end of the nose makes me pick green.
Just another number.
I like the reverse more than the obverse. Overall I'd give it a 3. The obverse doesn't do anything for me.
I'm waiting for the reverse proof version of this thing.
The 3CN series seems to take a bit more experience to grade. Examples from the earlier dates in the series tend to be clashed with the lines in...
I had one that looked almost exactly like this one and it graded MS 62
Pretty coin with nice toning. It looks more AU to me so I'll go gold.

Amazing story and happy for you! You took a chance and found a gold mine. I hope you celebrated accordingly!
A couple of the proof dates can be a challenge (1865 and 1877) but if one's willing to spend a little more they can be had. In MS, the 1884 and...
The toning is even but lacks the color spectrum range. It's a pretty coin but as far as toning I'd give it a low 4.
I usually get the "I wish I wasn't Me" award.
Looks like the only one graded 65+
Did you do a happy dance?
Someone wasn't so nice with that coin so I'd grade it "circulated with no respect".
For a Jefferson I'd give it a 4.
It definitely was cleaned prior to conservation. I'm sure the coin looks better now than it did before conservation.
Since the 3CN is my favorite series I gave it a 10; no respect, no respect at all. One of these days I hope to put together a complete series,...
