What I am seeing is raised (around the TED · S). Anything resulting from grease will be incuse on the coin. i.e. it cannot possibly be grease....

Pretty toning but it is not that high of a grade. Strike and spots will hold it down. 64 or 65 so I will say 64+

I know I am in the minority, but I like that one. Problem is the TPGs typically do not. 63 or maybe 62?
If I understand it right, that might benefit from some conservation. Not everyone would go away, but several of the not-so-dark spots might.
