There are not too many I really see different grades between NGC and PCGS, but this one for sure would be a 67 from NGC with that luster.

Your pictures are sharp, show at least some luster and some color, but it is easy to see the color is off. It should not be hard to set the white...
There is nothing wrong with your setup. Set your white balance and you will be surprised how much better it looks.
