Planchet striations? What does it weigh?

The planchet was scratched before the strike. It comes out of the bust and through liberty. Does it count as damage or is it an error?[ATTACH]...
I don't see it. But if it is the die was probably over polished. You can see how late of die stage it is in.
If you look closely at the mouth you can see the opening. In hand the coin has a very open mouth. Lol.
