I have made more than 2 dozen family tree type sets from my lifetime accumulation. I give each coins of all compositions and at least 100 years...
I started that back in 1986 when my first grandchild was born. I didn't carry it very far. At one time I was getting 20 Mint Sets a year. No more....
Well, someone needs to provide raw material for the teaching industry.
I think it would be easier to find a cure to cancer. Our youngest son and wife just had their first. So, it is now 14 grandchildren to continue...
Well, I have quit buying new stuff from the US Mint. However, I do need to make at least 2 more purchases. I have 21 great grandchildren, and now...

My favorite coins, the ones that looked like they had to work for a living. Very nice eye appeal and no hard hits. Nice.
Good thing you have it figured out. I have a heck of a time with VAM.
There is another option - all collectors and dealers tell the mint and the feds that we don't want their coins. That's what I intend to do.

Here is a 1930 LWC that someone whizzed. Made it look like a triple die. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] I want to thank @paddyman98 for pointing this out for me.
Nice. A couple of die cracks but they do not take away from the beauty.
