Fork Tail is where the split in the serif is very noticeable, unlike the example in the op's coin. At least I don't see it.
Carlos I see the Lincoln but the arrow is pointing in the wrong place. Maybe clearer picture will help us to see what you see.

I've noticed it also. Maybe a weak strike, polished die or along that line. Nothing special.
